Five service checks that matter

Use your notes and receipt to assess each area. These checks describe the service experience; they do not measure prediction accuracy.

    The rate, offer conditions and total charge match what you agreed to before payment.

    The advisor distinguishes interpretation from established facts and leaves future claims open to later review.

  4. Control of your time

    Your question stays central, paid time is easy to follow and you can end the session.

  5. Accessible support

    You can keep the receipt, find the support route and document any response to a service concern.

A simple plan for your session

Keep a short record at each stage so you can review what you paid for and what you received.

    Set the terms

    Write one question. Confirm the format, rate and any offer conditions, then choose your maximum spend and time.

  2. During

    Stay in control

    Keep the reply focused on your question and watch paid time. Share only relevant context; stop if you feel pressured.

  3. After

    Review what you received

    Save the receipt and dated notes. Separate current facts from future claims, and contact support promptly about any service issue.

Read the signals, not the mystique

These indicators help distinguish ordinary service quality from conduct that should make a client pause or stop.

Green: proceed deliberately

Clear rate, relevant questions, respectful pacing, realistic language and no resistance when the client wants to stop.

Amber: slow down

Vague answers, repeated requests for more time, unclear offer terms or predictions stated with more confidence than evidence supports.

Red: end the session

Fear-based pressure, guaranteed reunions, threats of harm, requests for outside payment or advice replacing licensed professional care.
